It comes with the sunhood but without the rain cover and change mat.
It has been used for a holiday of 14 days so condition is mint.
It has been bought in 2012 - it is I believe the previous model of the one which you can look at in the link as it did not come with the shoulder coverage. However - it worked absolutely fine for our 1 year old daughter - she even slept in it.
